Equipment Technician/Sales Support

Assist customers on resolutions for equipment needs and sales.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Repair customer supplied coatings application equipment (Kremlin, Graco, Devilbiss).
Assist customers on equipment needs, applications and sales Demonstrate professional customer service skills at all times.
Communicate effectively and accurately with team members, departmental managers and direct supervisor.
Report unsafe working conditions to facility management upon findings and work aggressively with management/direct supervisor to resolve.
Insure adherence to all department and company policies/procedures Works with various departments to resolve shipping/receiving, product and customer issues.
Maintain clean and safe work environment using correct tools properly.
Insure materials receiving during the day are entered/received the same day and the appropriate paperwork is relayed to the correct departments.
Insure inventory accuracy at all times.
Oversee and provide direction to development of Equipment Specialist direct reports including:
o Annual performance reviews o Annual written objectives o Execution of group and corporate objectives and policies QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Experience and Education Required/Preferred High school graduate or equivalent required 4-year degree preferred Exposure to Paint equipment, (Kremlin, Graco, Devilbiss) and Hazardous Material knowledge operations preferred.
Reasoning Ability Comprehend technology uses and applications Demonstrate outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work in cross-functional environment, with frequent interruptions to daily schedule.
Ability to operate forklift and similar equipment after appropriate training.
