Job Description:
The Cashier contributes to E&a;H Hardware Group&s;s mission by creating a friendly and courteous shopping experience. The Cashier is responsible for providing high level or legendary customer service. nn
Responsibilities:
nCashier has the following responsibilities and duties:
nnMust verbally communicate with Customers. Treat each Customer as a respected guest. nnWork on projects assigned by your supervisor after first determining their priority in relation to your other duties. Remember, customer service is always priority one. nnComplete Customers' special orders for non-stock or out of stock items. nnComplete Daily cleaning checklist. nnKeep checkout are, front-end impulse area and front-end supply areas neat and clean. nnFollow established procedures for all point-of-sale transactions. Engage the Customer to ensure they are receiving all the benefits of be an Ace Rewards member and actively seeking participation from them. nnProcess refunds and credits for returned merchandise. nnUse loss prevention techniques to reduce shortages and prevent shoplifting. nnBe familiar with items stocked inside and outside of the store. nnMaintain familiarity with all ads, rebates, special pricing, and reports pricing errors to management. nnAnswer telephone and refer all calls to proper department using two-way radios nnSincerely thank the Customer for shopping at E&a;H Hardware. nnOther duties as assigned. nnnCashiers should have the following skills, education, and
Experience:
